Purpose Centered Coaching and Consulting is a non-profit for women guided by diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice.
PCCC provides professional coaching services by highly trained coaches who have their International Coaching Federation certification or are on the pathway to getting certification.

What makes us different than for-profit coaching firms? We provide sliding scale rates for individuals and organizations based on their financial comfort level so that we can empower and uplift women, no matter who they are to make change for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Our program practices are based on the ontological method of coaching. The ontological space is centered on the nature of being. Our tools and resources reflect this method and come from the Academy of Coaching Excellence founded by Dr. Maria Nemeth.

Group Coaching is a dynamic, interactive, and affordable way to experience the benefits of coaching. It is also a great way to learn how to receive and give support and can contribute to being a stronger team member. Group coaching sessions include tools and resources that can be used in one's daily life to experience success through the power of clarity, focus, ease, and grace.

Group coaching sessions are 8 weeks with up to 12 to 15 female and female-identifying participants with 1 to 2 coaches. Sliding scale registration rates apply. In addition, groups can be customized to fit the needs of any organization.

PCCC offers traditional individual coaching packages for women over 18 years seeking to make change in any way and would like the support of a trusted coach. To begin we highly recommend at least 8 sessions, meeting 2 times each month for the participant to receive maximum benefits. Action-orientated tools are utilized to enhance the overall coaching experience and so that there is consistent support outside of the sessions.

Coaching is ideal for employee retention, those who need extra support, deeper professional development, positive course correction, and much more.
For all individual coaching clients, there is strict confidentiality between the coach and the client. Confidentiality is a necessity so that the coaching client can have a trusting relationship and have the opportunity to grow and flourish.

PCCC is in the process of building our diverse and experienced female coach roster to serve our client base so that we can provide the best possible experience for our clients.

I believe that every person deserves to love who they are, feel comfortable in their body, and show up authentically in any space. As your coach, I will empower you to see that your past doesn’t define you, mistakes and challenges are part of the growth process, and what makes you unique is what makes you lovable. Through the introduction of specific tools and practices, I help connect you to your inner wisdom, uncover mindsets and behaviors that have historically gotten in your way, and take small, sweet steps toward a life aligned with your goals and dreams.

PCCC is in the process of building our diverse and experienced female coach roster to serve our client base so that we can provide the best possible experience. All coaches will either have the International Coaching Certification or be near to achieving their first-level credential.  All coaches will provide tools to support the client in between sessions and beyond to provide consistent and positive outcomes.

Another key goal for our Individual Coaching program is to have bi-lingual coaches with a focus on Espanol and then add additional languages so that we can authentically serve diverse female communities.

Benefits of Coaching

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:

Partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process to maximize personal and professional potential.

At Purpose Centered Coaching and Consulting we firmly believe that everyone should have access to professional coaching no matter their socio-economic background. People seek out coaches to have a non-biased partner for self-discovery, to accomplish long held passions, visions and goals and to move their lives forward in some way. Coaches can support clients to see new perspectives, explore what may be holding them back, sit with them in discomfort, joyfully celebrate, and challenge old patterns and paradigms.

There are a variety of specialty coaches that focus on a particular area such as career, business, dating/relationships, health and wellness and many more. In PCCC presentations we often share what coaching is and is not, please let us know if you would like a presentation for your organization.
